Upscale hotel with great food and efficient staff. Stylish and airy room, with an extremely comfy bed. A wide range of large breakfast options. Located 10 min walk away from Lohmuhlenstrasse metro station. Good experience there.

The location was perfect, right in the center and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The service was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a spacious sitting area and a comfortable bed. We also loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the lovely views. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Roof terrace was a good place to relax. Staff were very friendly. Food in restaurant was very good - even though I ordered 5 minutes before they were due to shut.
Spa area although nice - is limited - essentially just a sauna and relaxation area. Pool, steam room etc ? Also, it appeared unmanned - there was no staff member present to speak to about treatments etc
